What is WinDaq Add-ons?

WinDaq Add-ons add powerful features and functions to WinDaq software from DATAQ Instruments. 

With WinDaq add-ons, even the low-end products can employ many powerful functions found exclusively on expensive high-end packages, for example, calculated trigger mode, derivative trigger mode, spectrum display and closed-loop control.

To Use WinDaq Add-ons

1. Install WinDaq add-ons. 

2. Restart WinDaq, and you will find the WinDaq add-ons integrated into Windaq->View->Add-ons menu (see the screen capture above).

3. Intelligent Channel Selection: Highlight/Select a channel in WinDaq and fire up the WinDaq add-on you wish, and the WinDaq add-on will use the selected channel 

4. Do not change WinDaq's configurations while WinDaq add-ons are running, or add-ons may terminate.

5. If you experience trouble with WinDaq addons, please email us the configuration files of WinDaq add-ons along with TPDATAQ.INI in Windows directory.

6. Like WinDaq recording software and WinDaq Waveform Browser, WinDaq addons can not store or open files stored under folders with UNICODE names. For example, if you create a folder on your desktop and name it in any language other than English, you can not store .WDQ files to that directory, nor open .WDQ files stored in that folder.
